about us
The B/Suite supports organizations in efficiently meeting their hiring needs through fractional staffing services. With a growing talent pool of fully vetted Executives, we're able to implement a swift and streamlined placement process ensuring your team has the expertise and capacity needed to keep moving forward.
But more than just a staffing agency, the B/Suite is a community on a mission to connect leaders of color with flexible career opportunities.

By doing so, we hope to collectively reduce power and wealth disparities, build financial and professional independence for Black and Brown people, and increase diversity across the c-suite and senior leadership.

our story
Co-founders Dickey Comeaux (he/him) and Candice Durham (she/they) began consulting right as the COVID19 virus was making its way to the US. Within months, what were originally just “side hustles” became the catapult for entirely new lives.
In the time since, Dickey has grown a successful academic and EdTech consulting portfolio and Candice launched Imagine in 2021, a human-centered executive search and talent consulting firm. They've both built teams, made mistakes, and learned countless lessons. Most significantly, they've begun to finally break generational curses by paying off debt, building savings and investment portfolios, and creating opportunities for their individual communities.
The B/Suite was created to, first, codify that work and, now, replicate it en masse for other Black and Brown people. By reducing barriers of entry for leaders of color to enter the consulting and interim space, we can facilitate flexible career paths from mid-level management to the c-suite.
We believe that by increasing racial diversity across the nation's c-suite, even in short-term capacities, we can reduce power and wealth disparities, create professional independence for leaders of color, and build generational wealth within historically oppressed communities.
