The new B Suite is officially live, but this relaunch is much bigger than a new website.
It's the result of months spent rethinking how we talk about our mission, how we define our values, how clients find the right kind of support, how Executives connect with us, and how Partners can direct more opportunities toward Black and Brown leadership.
We’ve changed our system. We’ve changed our look. And we’re proud to share our new vision with all of you.
WHY WE RELAUNCHED
The B Suite has always existed to build better bridges between diverse talent and opportunity. But as the work grew, the way we explained it didn't keep up.
Clients weren't always sure what type of support they needed or the vast array of expertise available to them. Executives wanted a clearer sense of where their talents fit into the Suite and we’d support them through a client engagement. Folks interested in supporting our work needed a way to refer clients and easily connect with our team without jumping through hoops. And schools needed a dedicated entry point for the kind of wraparound support we are uniquely positioned to provide.
Our community deserved to see, out in the open, what we'd already been building behind the scenes: a high-quality, fully customizable fractional staffing service rooted in diversity and true partnership.
WHAT CHANGED

The new B Suite brings more structure to how we work and how people connect with us.
The refreshed site gives people a much easier path to their unique needs. Whether an organization needs a seasoned expert embedded part-time, temporary coverage during a leadership transition, or focused support on a defined project, it's now obvious which Solution or engagement model is the best fit:
