A Better Home for Fractional Staffing Is Almost Here

The new B Suite website needed one more week but the work behind it has been years in the making.
Did we say Wednesday?
We did.
Did the website agree?
Not really.
A few technical glitches needed more attention than our launch calendar allowed, so we are taking one more week to do this properly. The new B Suite website will launch next Wednesday, July 1.
Over the past several months, we have been refining more than a website. We have been refining the systems behind The B Suite: our language, service structure, values, referral pathways, client experience, and the way people understand where they fit in our work.
The new site is a clearer home for all of that.
WHY WE REBUILT IT
The B Suite exists because Black and Brown leaders have carried institutions for generations — often without the resources, compensation, protection, visibility, or decision-making power that leadership should come with.
We know this because we have lived versions of it ourselves.
We have been the people asked to stabilize teams without being fully resourced. The people expected to produce clarity in systems that were not built to protect us. The people carrying strategy, culture, operations, and care while being told to wait for the title, the budget, the authority, or the room.
That experience shaped the model.
The B Suite is not simply a way for organizations to “find talent.” It is infrastructure for a different kind of leadership economy — one where Black and Brown Executives can access flexible, well-scoped, high-impact work without having to navigate every closed door alone.
The client benefit matters. But it is not separate from the talent benefit.
Organizations get stronger support because the model is designed around the people doing the work: their expertise, their capacity, their standards, and their right to be compensated and positioned accordingly. That is the point.

Brilliance means our Executives bring lived expertise, proven results, and the ability to walk into complexity and create clarity.

Boldness means we are clear about who this work is for, why it matters, and what real access requires.

Balance is the protection. Flexible work should not become another structure that extracts from the people it claims to support.
BRILLIANCE | BOLDNESS | BALANCE
These are the standards behind how we build, place, and protect leadership for people of color. While the language may be new, it reflects what has been true about B Suite from the very beginning.
WHAT'S CHANGING

The new B Suite site is sharper, cleaner, and more direct.
You will see clearer pathways for Executives to understand where their expertise fits. You will see stronger language around how we scope engagements, define roles, and distinguish between fractional staffing, interim staffing, and consulting support.
You will also see a more intentional structure for Partners who want to refer opportunities without overextending their own capacity.
For clients, the experience is easier to navigate because the model is clearer from the start.
Organizations can identify what kind of leadership gap they have, what level of support they need, and how B Suite can help them move with the right expertise at the right time.
Support built to meet the moment, not force a fit.
The new site also gives more structure to our core Solutions, including Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, Marketing, Fundraising, Operations, Technology, Public Relations & Communications, Talent Management, and Executive Leadership.
Instead of making visitors search for how B Suite can help, the new experience outlines the work clearly.
Where do you need a lift? That is the question the site was built to answer.

A BETTER PATH FOR PARTNERS

The new site also gives more visibility to Partners x B Suite, our referral partnership program for consultants, solopreneurs, advisors, small firms, and community connectors.
The premise is simple: even the best solopreneur needs backup sometimes.
When a client needs support outside a Partner’s scope, B Suite can step in with fractional, interim, or consulting talent. The Partner can make the referral, stay involved where useful, and receive compensation when the engagement becomes billable.
It is a simple way to protect bandwidth, serve clients well, and direct more opportunities toward leaders of color.
A BETTER EXPERIENCE FOR EXECUTIVES
The refreshed site also creates a more intentional home for Executives.
The Suite is not a passive talent pool. It is a network of Black and Brown leaders with deep expertise across industries and functions. Our goal is to create stronger pathways into aligned fractional, interim, and consulting work — with clearer expectations, stronger matching, and better support across the engagement.
The new website is one part of that infrastructure.
It helps us explain the model more clearly to clients, which helps us scope better work, set stronger expectations, and protect quality for everyone involved.
The new site also showcases our Suite talent, placing our executive’s expertise at the center where it belongs.
WHY THE EXTRA WEEK MATTERS
We could have launched with rough edges and a few glitches, but that's just not us.
A website is not just a marketing asset. It is a front door, a sales tool, a credibility marker, and a map for how people access and experience your organization. If the door sticks, the map is confusing, or the path is unclear, people feel it.
So we are taking the extra time.
The work deserves a site that can fully support it.
NEXT: A BETTER HOME FOR FRACTIONAL STAFFING
The new B Suite website launches next Wednesday, July 1.
When the site goes live, you will be able to explore the refreshed experience, learn more about our Solutions, and find the clearest next step based on where you sit in the B Suite community.
In the meantime, don't hesitate to reach out to our team.
If you are a decision-maker with a leadership gap, bring it to us.
If you are an Executive looking for aligned opportunities, step closer.
If you are a Partner with relationships that could open the right doors, make the connection.
